| The 2010 county elections
will be here before you know it. From now till the elections
are over, this will be the place to keep up with the
election happenings. Check in daily for the latest updates.
The First of the elections will be the
primary races on May 4th. Both the local democrat and
republican parties will hold primaries. Each parties
candidates will run in their parties primaries. The primary
winners will then face off in the August general county
election.
There will be 18 elected positions on the
May ballot which include, County Mayor, Sheriff , Trustee,
Register Of Deeds, Circuit Court Clerk, County Court Clerk,
Road Commissioner, General Sessions judge and all 10 county commission seats. A
little later, I will provide information on the candidates.
