Woman mows lawn, threatens to burn house

An Alcoa woman has been charged with criminal trespass and domestic assault after law enforcement responded to a call for an unwanted guest.

Dispatched to Davis Road on Thursday, Loudon County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Will Jenkins talked with a man who said he was at his residence when he heard his lawn mower start.

“When the victim went to investigate, (he) observed his ex-girlfriend mowing his side yard,” Jenkins wrote in a report. “The victim identified ex-girlfriend as Nicole (Michelle) Wilkerson, the offender.”

The victim also claimed Wilkerson was naked on his back porch and threatened to burn his house down. Jenkins saw Wilkerson naked on the back porch.

The dispatcher told Jenkins that Wilkerson had been banned from the residence.

“The victim stated the offender is constantly harassing him and he is afraid the offender will burn his house down,” Jenkins wrote. “The victim showed (me) 79 missed phone calls from the offender between 7:22 a.m. and 3:46 p.m.”
