Woman charged with domestic assa

A Loudon woman was arrested after trying to fight several individuals while intoxicated.

Loudon Police Department officers arrived at an apartment complex Dec. 4 and talked with several individuals. One man told officers Heather Renee Edwards, 43, had been under the influence for several days and arrived at the apartment agitated.

The man said he told Edwards to leave because she was “trashing” the apartment. He added that Edwards’ wrists were red because she was tying to fight him and he held her wrists so she couldn’t.

Officers then spoke with a woman who said Edwards made a mess in a roommate’s bedroom. When the woman went to tidy the room, Edwards began grabbing the woman’s hair and bent one of her nails. According to an arrest report from the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office, deputies noted a redness and slight swelling along the nail.

Another woman told officers Edwards was extremely intoxicated and running between two apartments. The woman said she could hear screaming and what sounded like fighting and called 911. The woman said Edwards fell down because she was so intoxicated.

Officers determined Edwards was the primary aggressor and placed her into custody. She was charged with domestic assault and released on $1,500 bond.

• Nathan Wayne McNabb, 39, homeless, was charged with violation of probation and released on $3,000 bond.

• Charles Lincoln Perry, 46, homeless, was charged with criminal trespass and driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on $2,000 bond.

• Daniel James Stephens, 26, Oak Ridge, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Dec. 5

• Timothy Ivan Wells Bain, 42, Deer Lodge, was charged with capias-general sessions and released on $1,000 bond.

• Jeremy Alan Kinslow, 44, Madisonville, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a handgun while under the influence and released on $3,000 bond.

• Gary Cleve Manuel, 41, Knoxville, was charged with capias-criminal court and held without bond.

• Eric Michael Mason, 38, Madisonville, was charged with violation of probation and released on $3,000 bond.

• Cory Lee Nettles, 22, homeless, was charged with arrest warrant-assisting another agency and released without bond.

• Daniel Logan Stringer, 41, Sweetwater, was charged with violation of probation-general sessions and held without bond.

Dec. 6

• Yusif Assad Saad Hamed, 31, Lenoir City, was charged with assisting another agency and released without bond.

• Jessica Dawn Henry, 40, Athens, was charged with failure to appear-general sessions and released on $1,000 bond.

• Delante Nicholas Winder, 32, White Pine, was charged with driving on a revoked license and released on $1,000 bond.

Dec. 7

• Barbara Jean Merritt, 50, McMinnville, was charged with violation of probation and held on $20,000 bond.

• Miguel Angel Mora-Regalado, 40, Lenoir City, was charged with weekender serving time and held without bond.

• Justin Marcus Williams, 35, Knoxville, was charged with failure to appear-municipal court and released without bond.

Dec. 8

• Tiana Marie Bennett, 23, Loudon, was charged with contraband in a penal institution, driving under the influence and violation of implied consent and held on $6,500 bond.

• Noah Ian Buckman, 25, Lenoir City, was charged with aggravated assault and interference with an emergency 911 call and held on $16,000 bond.

• Joconis Heraldo Diaz Perez, 30, Morristown, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, driving under the influence, failure to surrender auto license or registration and violation of implied consent and held on $5,000 bond.

• Carlos Oxi Gabriel, 44, Knoxville, was charged with weekender serving time and released without bond.

• James Ross Olaughlin, 31, Loudon, was charged with capias-general sessions and released on $24,000 bond.

• Jason Lynn Roberts, 36, Loudon, was charged with aggravated assault, interference with an emergency 911 call and violation of an order of protection/restraining order and held on $50,000 bond.

• Andrew Jordan Sexton, 27, Powell, was charged with driving under the influence and released on $2,000 bond.

• Timothy Shawn Spencer, 33, Lenoir City, was charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest and released on $2,000 bond.

Dec. 9

• Uriel Guzman, 33, Lenoir City, was charged with driving under the influence and violation of implied consent and released on $1,000 bond.

• Angel Renea Plemons, 31, Loudon, was charged with criminal impersonation and driving on a revoked license and released on $2,000 bond.

• Tori Shane Plemons, 30, Tellico Plains, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange and released on $2,000 bond.

• Pablo de Jesus Velazquez-Delgado, 19, Rockwood, was charged with underage driving while intoxicated and released on $1,500 bond.

Dec. 10

• Jacob Daniel Sharp, 29, Loudon, was charged with weekender serving time and held without bond.

• Heron Trevino, 37, Oak Ridge, was charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident and released on $5,000 bond.
