My hope is that commission will agree that Loudon County government will not comply with the mandate.

Last week, our dictator president ordered that all businesses in the country with more than one hundred employees must require all employees to be vaccinated for COVID.  Loudon County and the Loudon County school system would fall within the mandate with nearly a thousand employees.

I have no idea how other commissioners feel about the mandate, but knowing them as I do, I suspect most will be as opposed to the mandate as I am. Hopefully, we can send a clear message to all county employees that the county will not comply with the mandate. I think we all support an individuals right to do what they feel best for themselves and their families. If one wants the vaccine, get it. If not, don't. How could it be more simple?

Dictator Biden's statement on the mandate was, "it's not about freedom or personal choice." A true statement from a socialist dictator.

In America, it's always about freedom or personal choice.

I would encourage all local governments to take definitive actions to push back on this and any other illegal mandates coming from any government agencies.
