Business Updates
From Bojangles
Starting tomorrow 3/19/2020 Our hours of business will be adjusted to 6am-9pm Monday-Saturday and 7am-9pm on Sunday. This will only be a temporary change. We want to thank everyone for their understanding and cooperation during these difficult times. From The Greenback Diner Due to continued concerns with Covid-19 Greenback Diner has decided to close to all dine in customers. We will remain open for call in/take out only until further notice. We love our community and will do everything we can to make sure our customers stay healthy and fed! In order to best accommodate this transition and to ensure social distancing, please remain in your cars when you arrive to pick up your order. We will bring your order out to you! Thank you and let’s all do our part to stop the spread of this virus! From The Loudon County Chamber Of Commerce We are in a time and place we have never been before, and everyone is having to learn a new normal. Social distancing is required to keep the spread of the Coronavirus to a minimum, but this puts a large strain on our small businesses and restaurants. Most restaurants have closed inside dining, but are still open for drive-thru, pick-up and even some delivery services. Lets help our local businesses stay in business by utilizing the services they are offering. Here's a list of what we've received so far. Both KFC locations - KFC Lenoir City and KFC/Taco
Bell Loudon are drive through and take out only at the current
time. There is plenty of food, no one should go hungry - and no one
should have to cook! Stop in at 865 Hwy. 321 N, Lenoir City or
12395 Hwy. 72 N, Loudon and take come a great meal for your family.
Our good friend Darrell Bryan of WLIL Radio 102.7 FM and 730 AM states that he will announce any changes concerning business operations or not-for-profit schedules during this very trying time. WLIL wants to do everything they can to help support the Chamber and local commerce. Email dmbbryan@gmail.com for more information or to share your announcements. Calhoun's at the Marina in Lenoir City is now closed during this crisis. Here at Chili's in Lenoir City, we are open for business as usual. We have implemented strict sanitization policies to help keep our guests safe while they dine in or get to-go. This is, however, subject to change as the coronavirus situation is very fluid. If needed, we will close our dining room and bar to abide by any government or health mandate, but plan on keeping our to-go and curbside pick-up business fully open. Our hours of operation are still 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. These hours of operation will remain the same unless otherwise mandated. From The Burgers in Lenoir City - In order to help out we are now offering a BBQ sandwich and side for $4.99. As always we have Toilet paper and it is free if you need it. Normal hours, Dine-In, or Take-out. #Theburgersgotyoucovered #Supportlocal From Sweetwater Valley Farm - In response to recent developments regarding COVID-19 (Corona Virus) and for the health and safety of our employees and customers, Sweetwater Valley Farm will be temporarily closed to the public until further notice. We will continue to ship online orders for now and farm production and deliveries will continue as usual at this time. Country Kinfolk now offering delivery around Lenoir City! You can dine in - pick up - or have your order delivered. There is a $5 delivery fee - full menu is available. At this time, our dining room is still open. Call 865-250-8733 to place an order. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community, and to protect the families of all of us involved in Markets on Broadway, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close. We anticipate this will last until at least March 31st, but we will continue to monitor this situation and re-evaluate as conditions change. Now some good news: we have been working hard on an online shop that we hope to launch later this week ???? You will be able to browse & pay online, and we will offer limited hours (TBA) for curbside pickup. We thank you for your support during this difficult time, and we are hopeful that our community will come out of this stronger than ever! From Loudon Pediatric Clinic: The physicians and
staff of Loudon Pediatric Clinic are committed to preserving the
health of our patients, their families, and the local community. We
are closely following the developing recommendations from the CDC,
Tennessee Department of Health, and East Tennessee Children's
Hospital regarding the spread of COVID-19. The following protocols
will remain in effect until further notice:
- All patients will be screened for symptoms of
Coronavirus infection, travel to high-risk areas, and known exposure
to confirmed or suspected cases.
- Sick patients should check in on arrival to the
parking lot by calling the main office number at 865-458-5666.
Please wait in your car, and you will be notified by text or phone
call when we are ready to see you. You will then be given masks and
taken directly back to your exam room.
- Whenever possible, we ask that only one parent or
guardian accompanies each patient to the office and that siblings
are left at home.
- Nurses and physicians will be utilizing additional
protective equipment (gowns, respirator masks, gloves, and eye
protection) for certain types of contact and procedures.
- Extra cleaning and disinfection measures are in
place, with special attention to common areas including the waiting
room, bathrooms, and nurses' station.
- It may become necessary to cancel or limit some
non-urgent visits, and we ask for your understanding if this becomes
the case. We will make every effort to keep our patients up-to-date
on immunizations and will prioritize newborn/infant well-child
checks.
Finally, we would like to remind everyone to continue
to practice good hand-washing, maintain social distancing --
avoiding close contact and crowded places, and to please stay home

From Ms. C's Bed & Biscuits: Dear Four Legged Kids Parents
We have been staying abreast with the latest updates
on the COVID—19, including attending National Webinars designed
specifically for Kennel Owners and General Managers. We are pleased
to hear the COVID-19 does NOT affect dogs, there is NO risk of your
dog getting this virus or transmitting this virus to their human
family members. “Our dogs do not get this virus” has been clearly
stated, however GOOD HYGIENE, washing your hands with soap and water
is still vitally important. We are happy to inform you, we are
remaining open and will continue to provide our overnight (Boarding)
and day camp (Daycare) for your canine kids. We have very strict
cleaning and disinfecting controls in place, including installing
the PetAirapy UV System during the summer of 2018, which kills 99.9%
kill rate of viruses and bacteria. In June, 2018 we installed the
PetAirpy UV System after the East TN area encountered an outbreak of
Bordetella. We were the first kennel in the area to install this UV
air purification system. It is inspected and recertified yearly.
We’re happy to say, since installation, we’ve not had any
respiratory issues with any of our canine guest or our staff. It
remains effective and we’re proud to have made that investment in
our kennel during 2018.
Sincerely, John & JeanAnn Carrigan - Owners and
Founders, Ms C’s Bed & Biscuits

Horse Haven of Tennessee continues to work with law
enforcement to rescue horses who are victims of neglect and abuse.
With the support and generosity of the community, we are able to
provide the resources to rehabilitate the horses and find forever
homes for them with families who will care for them. During this
extraordinary time when our country is dealing with consequences
stemming from trying to control the spread of coronavirus, we are
caring for 19 horses in our barn. We are following the recommended
protocols for personal hygiene among our staff and volunteers and
limiting numbers of people present at the barn. For the near term,
therefore, we are not offering tours of the barn to the general
public. We are a 501(c)(3) organization that relies on the
generosity of donors to make the care of the rescued horses
possible. Our near term fundraising efforts--which generally consist
of hosting events involving groups of people--are limited at this
time. Your donation will help Horse Haven continue to provide care
and veterinary attention to the 19 rescues.

The Real Estate Closing Specialists Dear Valued Customer:
As we continue to monitor the impact of the
coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know that the health and
well-being of our customers, staff and communities are of top
priority.
We want you to know that we are taking steps to
ensure that all of our locations are cleaned appropriately on a
regular basis. We are also working to ensure that our employees and
staff are well informed and taking all necessary precautions for
their health, as well as, that of our customers. We are encouraging
everyone to continue to use good hygiene, but to focus on frequent
hand washing, the use of hand sanitizers and staying home, if
feeling ill or believe they have been exposed to someone with the
virus.
Our office locations are open for business at this
point, but we may find the need to temporarily close some or all of
our office locations to the public in the coming weeks. If this step
should become necessary, we would do our best to make electronic
delivery of documents available to you so that documents could be
signed remotely, if needed or requested, and so that closings could
take place timely, where possible. We would do this not only to do
our part in helping to curb the spread of the virus, but also so
that staff could be shared between office locations.
Additionally, as the situation evolves, if public
Register’s Offices and/or other County Offices elect to close their
doors, it is important to know that this can affect your closing
date as we would be unable to gather necessary data for your closing
and/or ensure timely recording of instruments after closing. If any
of these events should occur, we believe it would be only for a
short time period, but it is important to follow these decisions as
they can affect closing dates which may, in turn, necessitate,
amendments to purchase agreements and/or other contractual documents
which are a part of your transaction in order to extend closing
dates should that become necessary.
Finally, you can always reach our offices by calling
any of our office locations or by emailing us at
titleone@title-one.net. Even if our staff were required to work
remotely, we would continually be checking phones, messages, and
emails to ensure your transactions are being handled appropriately.
Thank you for your assistance, patience and
cooperation as we continue to evaluate and adapt to these changing
times.
