A heavy haul tractor trailer was hauling a train engine, minus it's wheels, from somewhere west to somewhere north and for some reason, decided to travel Hwy. 11 instead of the interstate. That didn't work out so well for the driver. LCUB had to be called out to raise some other lines to allow the truck/train to make it's way back to the interstate where hopefully it would cause no more problems.
