Greetings Tellico Villagers,

Several groups of your fellow Villagers have decided to “push back” against our POA’s recent decisions regarding our “TAP” Water and Sewer issues. To be clear, this group is not trying to stop progress toward resolving our infrastructure needs. They just want to ensure these projects are the right ones, and have been validated as to their cost and alternatives before proceeding. This "due diligence" also applies to how we fund projects, and not through some innovative interpretation of our Covenants and Restrictions.

Accordingly, the $80 fee to be placed on our water bills by our board is being challenged. Below is the link to the GoFundMe website where you can place a donation supporting these efforts.  We have engaged with a lawyer and a legal strategy is being developed.  More information will be released as it becomes finalized. 

If you would prefer to make a check payable directly to this effort, please respond back and instructions will be provided on how to do so. If “not for profit” status is secured, your donation may be eligible for a tax deduction.
