Truitt Files Suit
| Loudon County resident, Richard Truitt, has files a
lawsuit against the Loudon County Board Of Education. Truitt, through
his attorney, alleges the board violated the Tennessee Open Meeting Law
by holding an unannounced meeting of the board on August 31st. Below is a link to the suit. |
