Trial Delayed, Again
| Back in 2022, former Greenback City councilwoman,
Robin Peeler Blankenship, was indicted for Wire Fraud from her employer
Erie Insurance. Charges included knowingly submitting 135 claims
resulting in 144 payments of $132,528.72 to an account controlled by
her.
Ms. Blankenship has pled not guilty. The trial was to take place September 12th, 2023 but was continued to January 16th, 2024. The case was then rescheduled for April 24th, 2024 but has now been rescheduled to August 27, 2024. Below is a link to the new continued document. |
