Trial date set for Lenoir City man charged with first-degree murder

1057news.com-A Lenoir City man arrested for first-degree murder four years ago now has a trial date scheduled.
 

Fifty-three year old Ronald Gregory Grizzle was charged after the altercation on December 30, 2015 after officers found 27-year-old Cory M. Brown deceased at a home on Clinchview Drive near the Loudon and Roane County line.

Brown sustained a gunshot wound to the face. Court officials say the trial for Grizzle is set to begin May 27, 2020 and will be held at the Lenoir City Municipal Building instead of the county courthouse.
