| At last week's Lenoir City Planning Commission
meeting, the commission approved the preliminary plat approval for the
Fellows Park development on Old Hwy 95. This is the development that
surrounds the Lee Russell Sports Complex.
The plat approval is for 150 townhomes. The development will have a single entrance and exit point along 95 just north of the complex. Clearing of the land is already underway. Traffic on Hwy 95 is going to get much worse. Thank mayor Aikens and his loyal council for that.
