Dr. Jeff Young, star of Animal Planet's No. 1 show, "Dr. Jeff: Rocky Mountain Vet," will speak at a fundraiser benefiting the PPAW (People Promoting Animal Welfare) Spay/Neuter Clinic in Greenback.

"Dr. Jeff: Whatever it Takes" will include the doctor's thoughts about the current state of animal welfare here and abroad. The event will be at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 4 at the Community Church of Tellico Village, 130 Chota Center, Loudon.
