Theft Report Reveals Restraining Order Violation On Feb. 8, Loudon County Sheriff ’s Office Deputy Eric Curtis was called to a residence on Strawberry Hills Lane, where a woman reported that motorcycle parts and four tires to a Chevy Camaro were stolen from a trailer outside her residence, valued at around $600, sometime between Feb. 2 and Feb. 8. The complainant stated that she had an active restraining order against Richard Baxter, Loudon, who has a history of stalking and has seen him on and near the property on multiple occasions prior to the incident timeline. In a previous incident, the victim said that Baxter had acquired her keys for over a month, and messaged her on two separate occasions violating the order of protection. Although the victim stated she hasn’t seen Baxter on her property recently, he was one of only a few people who would’ve known the location of the stolen items. Richard Mark Baxter Jr., 69, Loudon, was charged with violation of order of protection, restraining order and released on $1500 bond. FEBRUARY 14 Rhonda Jean Moore, 56, Louisville, was charged with driving on a revoked license, driving an unregistered vehicle, financial responsibility law and released on $1500 bond. Luis De Jesus Tellez Flores, 29, homeless, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, financial responsibility law, license required and held on $1000 bond. Brandon Emanuel Tello Herrerea, 19, Sweetwater, was charged with violation of order of protection and released on $2000 bond. FEBRUARY 15 Oscar Benjamin Domingo-Sales, 29, Lenoir City, was charged with open container, public intoxication and held without bond. Darrell Gene Haywood Jr., 45, Knoxville, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, expiration of certificates and plates and held on $2000 bond. Sebastian Maldonado Lainez, 30, Lenoir City, was charged with public intoxication and held without bond. FEBRUARY 16 Cynthia Lee Cabel, 61, Maryville, was charged with assisting other agencies and released without bond. Terry Ingram, 48, Lenoir City, was charged with two counts of domestic assault, public intoxication and released on $4000 bond. Angela Nicole Knowles, 47, Sparta, was charged with criminal impersonation, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/ casual exchange and held on $26,000 bond. Jason Scott Kosmalski, 57, Crossville, was charged with display of registation plate, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $22,000 bond. Kaitlyn Marie Mills, 26, Loudon, was charged with domestic assault and released on $1000 bond. Michael Joseph Moore, 38, Celina, was charged with assisting other agency and released without bond. Melody Dawn Shaver, 55, Lenoir City, was charged with driving under the influence, expiration of certificates and plates, motor vehicle windows with tinting, reflecting or sun screen material, possession of paraphernalia, tampering or fabricating with evidence and released on $13,000 bond. Nicholas Ray Tackett, 36, Loudon, was charged with theft of property and released on $1000 bond. Justin Thomas Wiles, 30, Loudon, was charged with domestic assault and released on $1000 bond. FEBRUARY 17 Jose Jiminez, 25, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-general sessions, criminal impersonation and held on $8000 bond. Trent Brunson Jones, 36, Knoxville, was charged with capias-municipal court and released on $2000 bond. FEBRUARY 18 Tori Renee Littleton, 30, Sevierville, was charged with capias-general sessions and held on $6000 bond. William Tyler Nicholson, 25, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of order of protection, violation of probation and held on $4500 bond. Daniel Mcarthur Roberts Jr., 31, Loudon, was charged with violation of probation and held on $5000 bond. Robert Ray Thompson, 53, Lenoir City was charged with failure to appear-municpal court and released on $2000 bond. FEBRUARY 19 Martha Lucille Bush, 76, Loudon, was charged with violation of order of protection and released on $2000 bond. Brian John Conmy, 60, Cleveland, was charged with violation of probation and held on $1000 bond. Robert Gavin Trentham, 21, Maryville, was charged with two counts of violation of probation and held without bond. FEBRUARY 20 Emmanuel Jose Aybal De Los Santos, 28, Loudon, was charged with domestic assault, vandalism and released on $4000 bond. Delilhah Hope Freeman, 51, Athens, was charged with driving on a suspended license, traffic control device and held without bond. Christopher Cecil Lee, 61, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, prohibited use of wireless telecommunications devices or standalone electronic devices, requirements for stop sign vehicles and was held on $7500 bond. FEBRUARY 21 Jodi Lea Branum, 38, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of probation and held on $2000 bond. Dusty Allen Clark, 37, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of probation and held on $2000 bond. Nicholas Slade Holmes, 26, Knoxville, was charged with three counts of manufacture/sell/possession of controlled substance and held without bond. Marvin Alexander Montez-Hernandez, 23, was charged with following too close, license required and held without bond. Jerry Dennis Pennington, 55, Kingston, was charged with aggravated assault and held without bond. Summer Lynn Scott, 45, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-municipal court and released without bond. Kendal Elaine Yates, 33, Monterey, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, violation of implied consent and released on $5000 bond. FEBRUARY 22 Stevie Denise Colon, 38 Lenoir City, was charged with violation of probation and released on $1000 bond. Jose Leodon Gomez Aguilar, 23, Lenoir City, was charged with sexual contact with a minor and held without bond. Jorge Cenaros Hernandez, 36, Lenoir City, was charged with aggravated assault, interfering with emergency calls and held without bond. Maria Fernandez Lopez, 37, Loudon, was charged with license required and held without bond. Theresa Jane Roberts, 50, was charged with failure to appear general sessions and released on $6000 bond.
