TDOT Contact
Had a friend ask me if there was anyone at TDOT to
contact about the current condition of the new construction at Dixie Lee
Junction and why they won't fix the rollercoaster section or finish the
project. So I thought I would provide the contact information to TDOT to
make it easier to reach out to them.
Not only about Dixie Lee but the ongoing messes all over Lenoir City. Below are several options. They encourage citizens to contact them. I do too. James K. Polk Building, Suite 700 Phone: 615.741.2848 Also: The Tennessee Department of Transportation established Record-A-Comment to allow citizens to voice comments or concerns about TDOT construction projects. Signs featuring the toll-free Record-A-Comment phone number are posted in construction zones across the state. Motorists may dial 1-877-SmartWay to record comments or email TDOT.Comments@tn.gov to send written comments. Those who provide contact information (street address, email, or phone number) will receive a response within seven days. The Record-A-Comment hotline and mailbox are monitored by TDOT Community Relations staff in Nashville. The services are checked several times daily. Suggestions and complaints are shared with the project managers overseeing construction sites. |
