Every two years, Loudon County holds what's called a Tax Sale. This is when properties delinquent on property taxes are sold by the county for back taxes.

Property's delinquent for three years or more are put up for auction. There are about 50 parcels listed for the sale this year. The beginning bid is the amount of back taxes owed on the property.

This year the sale will be Monday October 16th, 2023 at 10:00 A.M., at the Loudon County temporary Courthouse, 201 Alma Place, Loudon Tennessee.

Below is a link to view the properties to be sold. Some properties may have already be redeemed, paid off, prior to the auction and will not be included in the sale.
