Soil Tests Done
| The preliminary soil tests on the First Baptist
Church property are in. All the tests show that the property is suitable
for use of building the new county school on the property.
This is one more major step in the process of eventually building the new 7-12 county school on the property and allows the school board to close on the property. If both parties, the church and the school board, are in agreement on the terms to buy the property, the board could close on the property very soon. The next step in the process would be for the engineers and architects to put pencil to paper to do the design plans. That's expected to take several months. The process continues. |
