Vouchers are limited to pet owners earning less than $20,000/yr. individual or $30,000/yr. household. Loudon County residents only – picture ID required. Pet will be required to have proof of current rabies vaccination; this can be administered on day of surgery. Pets must be (4) months or older. Please do not bring your pet to the Voucher Session.
