You may have noticed the new cameras/sensors on the poles at every intersection on Broadway. Rather than ground sensors of timers, these new devices can detect traffic at the intersections in real time and should help traffic flow.

Not sure how Aikens thinks this will solve the over development problems but maybe it will help relieve the traffic jams.
