Pre-leasing for Authentix Town Creek to begin in the spring

In a news release, Continental Properties stated it is excited to announce the groundbreaking of Authentix Town Creek — featuring 276 apartment homes.

Located at the southeast corner of Market Drive and Town Creek Parkway, (beside Food City) the “new garden- style community” will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with private, ground level entries “designed for convenience and privacy,” the news release stated.

“Authentix Apartments offers open-concept layouts, high-quality finishes, abundant natural light and attentive on-site customer service and maintenance teams,” according to the news release. “Amenities include a resort-style pool, a community clubhouse, an outdoor grill area, a 24-hour stateof- the-art fitness center, and a leash-free dog park with a pet spa.

“All Authentix Apartments are petfriendly with no weight limit.”

The news release went on to state that “Authentix Town Creek is strategically located to provide residents with unmatched convenience. The community is less than one mile from I-75 and adjacent to Highway 321 — offering residents easy access to major employment nodes and a vibrant retail corridor. Pre-leasing for Authentix Town Creek will begin in the spring of 2025, allowing prospective residents to explore apartment finishes and floor plan options.

Move-ins are expected in late summer of 2025 with the completion of the community clubhouse and first building.
