Pope's Closing

Pope's greenhouse nursery is located at Dixie Lee Junction just at the Knox County line. Later in the post below, they said they would be closing within the next couple of weeks.

The 2.5 acre property was sold back in May to Watt Lee Crossing LLC for $2,225,000.00. A commercial development is planned.

Popes at the Junction

Dear Valued Customers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of Pope’s at The Junction. This difficult decision comes because of the sale of the property where our business has been located for 13 years. Unfortunately, we cannot secure a new location that meets our needs now, but we are continuing our search.

For 13 years, we have had the privilege of serving this wonderful community. Your loyalty and support have been the cornerstone of our success. We are immensely grateful for the trust you have placed in us and for the relationships we have built along the way.

As you may know, we grow most of what we sell at our farms in Blount and Loudon County. Unfortunately, our fall production had already been planned, so there will be plenty of inventory available at our other two locations. We encourage you to visit our other locations and to follow us on social media for more information as we navigate this change. We will continue to update you.

We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that this decision is the result of circumstances beyond our control, and we deeply regret having to say goodbye to this location.

As we close this chapter with Pope’s at The Junction, we hope you will continue to support our other two locations: Pope’s at Creekside found at 8718 S Northshore Dr, Knoxville, TN 37922 and Pope’s at Gingers found at 244 S Old Glory Rd, Maryville, TN 37801.

Thank you once again for your unwavering support.

With sincere appreciation,

The Pope Family
