new drive-in movie in Loudon is progressing along,

Popcorn, was the story. The article gave details of all the plans at
the drive-in. There's plans for
concerts, car
shows, boat shows, Goo Goo Clusters, Moon Pies, first-run films,
classics, sports games and even church services. According to the public notice in last week's News Herald, the owner has applied for an "on premises" beer permit for the new drive-in. Is there no event now days that beer can't be available in? How long before Loudon has beer on Mulberry like Lenoir City has beer on Broadway? Wonder if beer will be sold during the church services? Nothing screams clean family fun like Goo Goo Clusters, Moon Pies and a cold beer. |
