Normally, I'd probably just let something like this go by, but not this time. Back in 2022, I attended a city council meeting. After the meeting, two very odd gentleman confronted me, screaming and yelling at me like little girls. I later found out one of them was a guy named Jimmy Epperson. The other one was George Bove. At the time I had no idea who Epperson was. I later learned that Epperson was a close associate of councilwomen Jennifer Wampler. Epperson kept screaming that I looked like someone he'd hire to trim his shrubs and then would fire me because I couldn't do the job. It was one strange encounter. Come to find out, he didn't even have any shrubs.

As time passed, I would see Mr. Epperson at various government events and functions. He seemed to be very much entwined with the Lenoir City social elite.

October 10th, Mr. Epperson was arrested for a very serious crime. Apparently, he has been living in complainant's basement for three years. He is accused of  pulling a gun on the complainant during an argument. Epperson was arrested and is currently in the Loudon County jail under a $75,000 bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on October 22nd at 9:00 am at the Roane County courthouse. Both Loudon County judges recused themselves from hearing the case. 

Let's be absolutely fair, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Mr. Epperson may not be guilty of any crime at all. All the information available, as of now, is from the complainant. No one has heard Epperson's side of the story.
