Permits Increase
| While certainly not yet back to normal growth, building activity in
Loudon County continues to increase. This years building permit issue
values has already surpassed all of 2015's issues. This is good news for
Loudon County. All new construction adds to the county tax revenue which helps hold the tax rate stable.
