Back in December of 2017, the facility was bought by, Lenoir City Real Estate Investors, with an address in Atlanta Georgia for $3,450,000.00. Now in December 2019, the property was bought by, Lenoir City Tn. Propco, with an address in Englewood New Jersey for $270,000.00. Just last week, the owner of the property requested annexation by Lenoir City.

Not sure how you can buy a 3.4 mil. property for 270k but that's the numbers from the county property assessment website.

Still unknown what the future plans for the property are but I'll keep checking.
