Not Time Yet
| Not a week goes by that I
don't receive communications form multiple people inquiring about the
details of the next Lenoir City election and why I'm not getting the
information out. Well, it's just not time yet.
Most all the request's I get come from citizens and business owners about the LC election are at the same time they get their monthly Rain Tax bill and include a lot of dissatisfaction with it. Got a feeling the next Lenoir City election may be interesting. REPEAL THE RAIN TAX? That'd be a strong platform. The Lenoir City election will be November 6th. • First day to issue a petition-May 18, 2018 • Deadline to file petition- August 16, 2018, 12:00 NOON • Early voting dates- October 17- November 1, 2018 Soon as the May election is over, I'll get out all the details on the August and November elections. |
