No Parole
| According to District Attorney, Russell Johnson, both
local women who were up for possible early parole have been denied.
Johnson said, the hearing officer on each
one, determined as follows:
Kim Hopkins: recommended to deny and reset for June 2025. Courtney Bingham: recommended to deny and reset for June 2028 The hearing officer makes the recommendation to the parole board who most always takes the hearing officers recommendation.
