Last week, attorney Joe Ford filed an appeal to the February ruling by Chancellor Frank Williams that gave Niles a portion of her original suit. The appeals process could take several more months to be heard before the State Appeals Court. It may not even be settled before the 2018 election.

It's really sad that any elected official, a servant of the people, would be willing to hurt the very people she claims to serve. I guess that's just who she is.
