Pair arrested for kidnapping,
robbery Two men were taken to Loudon County Jail on Saturday after trapping a female victim at gunpoint and taking numerous items from her residence. Jack Curtis Brown, 26, Loudon, and Jeremy Roy Edwards, 28, Knoxville,
were charged with multiple offenses after falsely imprisoning the woman
in the 800 block of C Street, according to the arrest report.
"After entering the residence uninvited, Brown and Edwards bound the
victim's wrists with zip ties," Lenoir City Police Capt. Kevin
Condee wrote in the report. "During this time, Brown held a handgun
and pointed it toward the victim's head. The victim was then forced
into the bathroom, then later moved to a bedroom, while Brown and
Edwards ransacked the residence."
Brown and Edwards loaded the items into a vehicle parked in a nearby
alleyway, Condee wrote.
"Lenoir City Police Officer Christian Dragon encountered Brown and
Edwards, unaware that they had just robbed the victim," according to
Condee. "Officer Dragon observed the aforementioned handgun
protruding from Brown's pants pocket and ordered him to surrender
the weapon."
The pair left the vehicle and fled on foot but were caught a few
blocks away from the victim's home, according to the report.
Brown was charged with especially aggravated kidnapping, aggravated
robbery and aggravated burglary and held without bond.
Edwards was charged with especially aggravated kidnapping,
aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary and held without bond.

burglary, evading misdemeanor, theft of property over $500, two
counts of aggravated criminal trespass, two counts of burglary and
resisting arrest and held on $101,000 bond.
• Christopher Lee Rogers, 37, Greenback, was charged with simple
possession of a Schedule II substance and driving under the
influence and released without bond.
June 7
• Benjamin Ray Hopkins, 39, Maryville, was charged with driving
under the influence and driving on a revoked license and held
without bond.
• Brian Lee Hunt, 27, Loudon, was charged with domestic assault,
possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual
exchange and released on $6,000 bond.
• Juliette Dawn Rogers, 30, Loudon, was charged with driving under
the influence and cite-in and released on $2,000 bond.
• Justin Scott Thurman, 25, Sweetwater, was charged with criminal
court capias and released on $1,000 bond.
June 8
• Dalton Glenn Blevins, 20, Lenoir City, was charged with burglary
and theft of property and held on $20,000 bond.
• Travis Delane Brown, 37, Philadelphia, was charged with felony
reckless endangerment and theft of property and held on $20,000
bond.
• Cari Ann Henderson, 42, Athens, was charged with theft of property
over $10,000 and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on
$22,000 bond.
• Christopher Leon Lane, 29, Lenoir City, was charged with driving
without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on
$4,000 bond.
• Traci Marie Littleton, 22, Lenoir City, was charged with two
counts of failure to appear-general sessions and held on $5,000
bond.
• Devanta Bell Mader, 20, Loudon, was charged with contributing to
the delinquency of a minor and underage consumption and released on
$1,000 bond.
• Joseph Blair McKee, 40, Loudon, was charged with contempt of court
and held on $492 bond.
• Jad Kahalil Mubarak, 46, Knoxville, was charged with evading
arrest and theft of property and held on $9,500 bond.

• Bradley Dwayne Russell, 32, Lenoir City, was charged with burglary
and theft of property and held on $20,000 bond.
• Nicholas McDonald Smith, 28, Englewood, was charged with theft
over $10,000, felony evading, reckless endangerment, possession of
drug paraphernalia, removal of registration decal or plate,
possession of legend drugs, vandalism, theft of property and driving
on a revoked/suspended license and held on $74,000 bond.
• Leslie Jenene Stinnett, 23, Lenoir City, was charged with
violation of probation out of McMinn County and driving on a
suspended license and held on $2,000 bond.
• Mary Michelloe Thornhill, 30, Knoxville, was charged with contempt
of court and held on $300 bond.
• Theresa Louise Tilley, 48, Philadelphia, was charged with theft
under $500 and released on $1,000 bond.
• Brent Michael Vince, 23, Greenback, was charged with simple
possession and released on $4,000 bond.
June 9
• Joshua David Braden, 28, Clinton, was charged with contempt of
court and held on $300 bond.
• Warren Everette Dyer, 30, Rockwood, was charged with driving on a
revoked license and released on $2,000 bond.
• Jacob Clark Hamilton, 24, Greenback, was charged with public
intoxication and released on $390 bond.
• Timothy Allen Lankford, 38, Loudon, was charged with violation of
probation and released on $4,000 bond.
• Tommy Gene Murr, 68, Kingston, was charged with theft of property
and released on $2,000 bond.
• Anthony Walter Roberts, 39, Lenoir City, was charged with
aggravated assault and released on $10,000 bond.
• James Edward Robinette, 66, Atlanta, was charged with public
intoxication and released on $2,000 bond.
• Susan Lynn Tackett, 50, Fayetteville, N.C., was charged with two
counts of criminal court capias and held on $35,000 bond.
• Anthony Richard Tinnel, 36, Philadelphia, was charged with public
intoxication and released without bond.
June 10
• Norman David Gilreath, 56, Lenoir City, was charged with driving
under the influence and released without bond.
• Amy Nichole Hankins, 37, Vonore, was charged with driving under
the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a
Schedule IV substance, contraband in a penal institution and leaving
the scene of an accident-property damage and held on $41,000 bond.
Responding to a call of a vehicle crossing the center line on
Steekee Road, police spoke with Hankins, who said she had hit a
mailbox but did not know where the incident took place. Hankins
performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to an
emergency room in Sweetwater for a blood draw. During a search of
Hankins belongings, police found a cut straw in her wallet and a
small baggie containing a crushed pill, according to the report.
Police also located a small baggie containing 10 Xanax in Hankins'
undergarments, according to the report.
• Larry Eugene Justice, 38, Friendsville, was charged with failure
to appear-general sessions and held without bond.
• Ronald Matthew Lacy, 43, Oil Springs, Ky., was charged with
failure to appear-criminal court and released on $10,000 bond.
• Jason Lynn McKamey, 38, Loudon, was charged with violation of
implied consent and driving under the influence and held on $1,000
bond.
• Travis Dewayne Selvidge, 31, Lenoir City, was charged with
possession of a Schedule II substance and held without bond.
• Christopher Ray Tressler, 31, Defiance, Ohio, was charged with
manufacture/sell/delivery/resale of a Schedule VI substance,
possession of a drug paraphernalia and theft of property and held
without bond. Unable to read the registration information on a white
Lincoln traveling along Interstate 75, Loudon County Sheriff's
Office Deputy Jamie Ketner stopped the driver to issue a warning,
according to the arrest report. The driver, who appeared nervous as
police spoke with her, said she and the passenger, Tressler, were on
the way to meet a man named "Cadillac." Ketner wrote in the report.
"I asked Mr. Tressler where they were going and he stated he was
going to fix a barn," Ketner wrote. During a search, officers found
a pack of rolling papers and a black container with a white powder
substance in the woman's purse, Ketner wrote, and located a rolled
up dollar bill and a black magnetic box in the passenger side
floorboard and a Glock handgun that was reportedly stolen out of
Georgia. Ketner found a set of digital scales, 10 grams of
marijuana, three needles, including one that was loaded, and a
"large amount of cash" in the glove box, noting that $6,281 was
recovered from the car and from Tressler. Other drug paraphernalia
items were found in the back floorboard and officers located five
grams of marijuana in a small change purse, according to the report.
Tressler said all items belonged to him.
June 11
• Marcus Undra Branyon, 30, Lenoir City, was charged with possession
of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear and held on $2,000 bond.
• Cody Michael Chastain, 24, Lenoir City, was charged with violation
of community corrections and held without bond.
• Colby Ryan Coco, 27, Lenoir City, was charged with failure to
appear-general sessions and held without bond.
• William Nathaniel Goley, 43, Lenoir City, was charged with
violation of child abuse registry and held on $10,000 bond.
• Joel Hamilton Lynn, 29, Philadelphia, was charged with domestic
assault-misdemeanor and released on $3,000 bond. Responding to a
call of a domestic dispute in the 8400 block of Pond Creek Road,
LCSO Deputy Brad Rayfield saw a burgundy Toyota Corolla leaving a
residence, and Rayfield subsequently pulled over the vehicle at an
Interstate 75 ramp and detained Lynn, according to the arrest
report. During an interview at the residence, a man told deputies
that he and Lynn got into an argument in the basement, Rayfield
wrote. The man said Lynn put on a boxing glove and began punching
him in the face and back of the head, according to the report. The
man had a "big knot" on the back of his head and his nose was
bleeding, Rayfield wrote, noting that the man also had a scratches
on his neck and elbow and swelling on his left temple.
• Chastity Alice Marlow, 27, Lenoir City, was charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $2,000 bond. Dispatched
to a call of a person who appeared to be shooting up drugs at a
hotel in Lenoir City, police used a K-9 unit to sniff out Marlow's
vehicle, and the dog gave a positive response, according to the
arrest report. Four needles, a spoon, four sets of scales, multiple
empty baggies, a straw with white residue, a glass pipe with
marijuana residue and a pill grinder with marijuana residue were
found in the vehicle, according to police.
• Nichole Louise McCrory, 24, Lenoir City, was charged with driving
on a revoked/suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.
June 12
• Marc Alan Aslinger, 28, Clinton, was charged with failure to
appear-general sessions and held on $3,000 bond.
• James Dean Eversole, 21, Loudon, was charged with driving on a
revoked license and possession of a burglary tools and held without
bond. Spotting a driver not wearing a seat belt along Spring Street,
LCSO Deputy Chris Jenkins spoke with Eversole, who did not have a
valid driver's license, according to the arrest report. While
deputies conducted a check on the occupants in the vehicle through
the National Crime Information Center, a K-9 unit gave a positive
alert to the minivan, Jenkins wrote. A passenger, John Stone, had a
clear, plastic baggie in his right pocket that contained 16 oval
pills believed to be hydrocodone, while another passenger, Kelly
Tuttle, had six syringes, a metal spoon with white residue and a
plastic baggie containing 0.3 grams of a crystal substance believed
to be methamphetamine in her purse, according to the report. Tuttle
said the items in the purse belonged to her except the meth, Jenkins
wrote. Deputies also found two plastic wrappers containing 1.1 grams
of meth and a green bag containing bolt cutters, screw drivers and a
sheath holder in the vehicle, according to the report. The items
were found inside a school zone
• Kelly Rae Tuttle, 26, Loudon, was charged with possession of a
drug paraphernalia, manufacture/sell/delivery/resale of a Schedule
II substance and possession of burglary tools and held without bond.
• John Russell Stone, 19, Philadelphia, was charged with possession
of burglary tools and held without bond.
• Austin Michael Feathers, 30, Philadelphia, was charged with
driving under the influence and held without bond.
• Christopher Neil Hankins, 40, Lenoir City, was charged with
failure to appear out of Sevier County and released without bond.
• Randall Stephen Hughes, 32, Sweetwater, was charged with driving
under the influence and held without bond.
• Tessa Nicole King, 32, Lenoir City, was charged with violation of
probation and released on $1,000 bond.
• Patricia Celeste Longmire, 42, Philadelphia, was charged with
driving under the influence and released on $1,500 bond.
• Jeremy S. Moore, 38, Sweetwater, was charged with violation of
probation and held without bond.
• Houston David Toney, 28, LaFollette, was charged with simple
possession of a Schedule II substance and held on $2,000 bond.
Receiving a call of a suspicious person sleeping at a gas station in
Loudon, police found Toney asleep behind the wheel with the keys in
the ignition, according to the arrest report. During a search of the
vehicle, police found a small plastic bottle containing a white
substance that field tested positive for cocaine, according to the
report.
• Randy Allen Woods, 34, Loudon, was charged with two counts of
possession of legend drugs, two counts of
manufacture/sell/delivery/resale of a controlled substance and
possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond.
