Oddly, there is no mention on the application of who the buyer/investor in the project is. In fact, it has been stated that several Loudon City officials agreed to sign an NDA, Non Discloser Agreement, to learn the buyer's identity. I'm still working to get that confirmation. Some in the community have expressed concerns with the proposed location of the venue and what president will be set by granting such a rezone in that area.

The Loudon City planning Commission has already approved the rezone of the property and the city has approved it on first reading with the second and final reading coming at the next Loudon City Council meeting.
