New Senior Living
| The Loudon County planning office has received a request from Five
Star Quality Care for a variance to build a new 3-4 story independent
living facility in Tellico Village.
The 114,000 sq. ft. facility will be located adjacent to the current assisted living facility, The Neighborhood, in the village which is also owned by Five Star. The request will be heard by the Board Of Zoning Appeals at Tuesday's meeting.
