| On Tuesday's Lenoir city planning Commission agenda
is a site plan for a new four story hotel. The hotel will be located on
land beside the Cove apartments on Creekwood Park Boulevard.
The applicant is Townplace Suites By Marriott. According to property transfer records, Hotel Bee LLC bought a 7.64 acre parcel of land back in April for $1,146,000.00 |
