According
to county officials, Loudon County Sheriff, Tim Guider, will appoint
deputy Jimmy Davis as the new Chief Deputy to fill the position upon the
retirement of Chief Deputy, Tony Aikens.
Aikens announced his retirement last month after holding that position for the last 25 years. His retirement will become effective December 31st. Davis will assume the position January 1st.
Deputy Paul Curtis will fill the position of assistant Chief Deputy.
