| After more than thirteen months, and more than
$22,000.00, and what could only be described as a long and sometimes a
contentious process, Loudon City and the utility board now have a new
manager. In a joint meeting Monday, both the council and the LUB board, voted unanimously to hire Kevin Goins as the new manager. Goins signed the contract and was sworn in at the meeting. His start date is set for December 12th. |
