On Aug. 15, Officer Zack Parmer with the Lenoir City Police Department was on patrol when he observed a white Oldsmobile fail to stop at the stop sign at White Wing Road and Highway 321 North.

According to a report obtained by The News-Herald, Parmer then notified Sgt. Ketner of the vehicle’s traffic infraction and the sergeant initiated a traffic stop at a dollar store located at 5050 Highway 321 North.
