Missing man found dead in abandoned camper, LCSO said

LOUDON COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — A missing man was found dead in an abandoned camper, the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office said.
In March, LCSO asked for help locating Guy Ro DeMasellis, 51, who was last heard from in early February. He was last seen at Lazy Acres RV Park in Lenoir City, LCSO said.

On Monday, LCSO announced that they were concluding their investigation into DeMasellis’s disappearance. He was found dead in an abandoned camper where he had been staying, and no signs of foul play were discovered after a thorough investigation, LCSO said.

“We extend our heartfelt condolences to Mr. DeMasellis’ loved ones during this difficult time,” LCSO wrote. “We would also like to sincerely thank our community for the information and tips provided throughout this investigation. Your assistance was invaluable in helping our detectives bring closure to this case.”
