McNabb v Harris 4

Back in September 2022, former Lenoir City judge, Robin McNabb filed a constitutional lawsuit challenging city judge-elect, Greg Harrison's right to hold the office. The suit claims that Harrison does not live in the city limits as required by the state constitution. Ultimately, the chancery court and the state appeals court ruled in favor of Harrison being allowed to hold the judge office even though he does not live in the city.

Ms. McNabb has appealed the case to the state supreme court. The court has agreed to hear the case.

Below is a link to McNabb's brief to the court. No date has been set on the matter.
