Rev. Mark Anthony Caldwell, Sr. - age 59 of Loudon, passed away August 26, 2021.

Mark was the pastor of New Providence Baptist Church in Loudon for the past 22 years. He devoted his life to the Lord, the church and world missions. He was a loving husband, father, and Popi. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Caldwell; and his sister, Darlene Miller.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kim Culvahouse Caldwell; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark Anthony Caldwell, Jr. and Christina, Joseph Caldwell and Terra; grandchildren: Briley and Britton, Judah, Ramey and Lorelei; mother, Bernece Caldwell; brother and sister-in-law, Rodney and Virginia Stooksbury; brother-in-law, Ricky Miller along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will received friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the church. Funeral services followed at 4 p.m. with Rev. Gary Smith officiating. Interment is in the New Providence Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were be: Michael Stooksbury, Christopher Miller, Caleb Miller, Bradley Helms, Kevin Lefevers and Lucas Hurd.
