Man chokes woman to get drugs
A Loudon man is facing assault charges after law
enforcement officers were sent April 13 to Corinth Church Road for
an argument.
Officers found Charles Leslie Stinnett, 47, swinging
a cane at a man in the backyard of the residence. After the man took
Stinnett to the ground, Stinnett pulled out a steak knife and made a
threat, Loudon County Sheriffs Office Deputy TJ Scarbrough wrote in
his report.
Officers detained Stinnett at gunpoint.
Before the altercation took place between (the
man) and Charles, Charles had head-butted his mother ... and
suffocated his mother until she passed out (and) then stole
approximately 25 Xanax, Scarbrough wrote in the report.
Stinnetts mother had two large knots on her
forehead.
Stinnett was charged with two counts of domestic
assault-felony and held on $20,000 bond.
April 9
Mary Helen Claxton, 63, Loudon, was charged
with manufacture, sell, delivery or resale of a Schedule II
substance, two counts of simple possession/casual exchange,
driving on a revoked/suspended license, possession of drug
paraphernalia and possession of legend drugs and released on
$7,000 bond.
Deanna Renea Crawley, 21, Loudon, was charged
with failure to appear and held without bond.
Earl Harold Crisp, 41, Loudon, was charged with
four counts of assisting other agency and released without bond.
Matthew Ray Givens, 45, Sweetwater, was charged
with driving under the influence and violation of probation and
released on $6,000 bond.
Kristopher Daniel King, 33, Madisonville, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $2,000 bond.
April 10
Crystal Gail Bradley, 37, Madisonville, was
charged with a McMinn County warrant and released without bond.
Lindsay Michelle Gray, 20, Lenoir City, was
charged with failure to appear-municipal court and released on
$4,000 bond.
Patricia Gail Jenkins, 34, Lenoir City, was
charged with criminal trespass and possession of drug
paraphernalia and held on $4,000 bond. Dispatched to Town Creek
Road to a possible burglary in process, LCSO deputies found
Jenkins, Jackie Dakota Watkins and Charlotte Marline Watkins at
a residence on the street. All three did not have permission to
be at the residence. Deputies brought a K9 to the scene and
found two syringes and a glass pipe used to smoke
methamphetamine. Jackie Dakota Watkins, 23, Lenoir City, was
charged with criminal trespass and possession of drug
paraphernalia and released on $2,000 bond. Charlotte Marline
Watkins, 45, Loudon, was charged with criminal trespass and
possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $2,000 bond.
Cameron Kitzmiller, 18, Lenoir City, was
charged with violation of order of protection, driving without a
valid license and manufacture, sell, delivery or resale of a
Schedule IV substance and held on $8,500 bond.
Lionell Smith, 66, Sweetwater, was charged with
driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on $1,000
bond.
Ricky Harold Williams, 53, Tellico Plains, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $2,000 bond.
April 11
Terrah Lee Allison, 39, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and held on $1,500
bond.
Leevell Bradley, 54, Lenoir City, was charged
with driving on a revoked/suspended license and driving under
the influence and held on $3,000 bond.
Tammy Lynn Cain, 45, Sweetwater, was charged
with violation of probation and held on $2,000 bond.
William Robert Dunagan, 55, Lenoir City, was
charged with capias-general sessions and violation of probation
and held on $3,000 bond.
Immaculada Jackman, 26, Lenoir City, was
charged with fraud and released on $1,500 bond.
Krista Rae Hendrickson, 21, Loudon, was charged
with credit card fraud and released on $1,500 bond.
Ezequiel Lynn Leon, 18, Madisonville, was
charged with underage driving while intoxicated and released on
$2,000 bond.
Aaron Jayson Reynolds, 39, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on $2,500
bond. Responding to a call of a reckless driver that had hit
several construction barrels along U.S. Highway 321, Lenoir City
Police Officer Christian Dragon found Reynolds in a grocery
store parking lot. At the red light in front of Taco Bell, the
driver exited his car and tried to remove barrels trapped under
his car, Dragon wrote in the report. Reynolds continued hitting
barrels until he turned into a grocery store parking lot. Dragon
located the man inside the store.
Dakota Michael Rogers, 23, Knoxville, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
Tyler R. Roth, 29, Lenoir City, was charged
with a Davidson County warrant, fraud and violation of probation
and held on $1,500 bond.
April 12
Robert Lee Harmon, 34, Lenoir City, was charged
with driving under the influence and possession of drug
paraphernalia and held on $9,000 bond.
Joseph Richard Heiple, 34, Lenoir City, was
charged with possession of legend drugs and possession of drug
paraphernalia and held on $2,000 bond.
Marcus Anthony Rogers, 45, Lenoir City, was
charged with possession of legend drugs and possession of drug
paraphernalia and held on $2,000 bond.
Frederick R. Dukes, 71, Loudon, was charged
with criminal court capias and released without bond.
Matthew Alan Freeman, 29, Greenback, was
charged with maintaining a dwelling for drug use and released on
$2,500 bond.
April 13
Bradley J. Clowers, 40, Lenoir City, was
charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a
Schedule II substance, criminal court capias, possession of drug
paraphernalia and driving on a revoked/suspended license and
released on $10,500 bond.
Kristina Elizabeth Jones, 49, Philadelphia, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
Rose Anna Lambert, 43, Lenoir City, was charged
with public intoxication and held on $1,000 bond.
Jonathan Wade Smallen, 31, Lenoir City, was
charged with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold,
manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II
substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on
$12,000 bond.
Shawna Nicole Smallen, 26, Lenoir City, was
charged with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold,
manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II
substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on
$12,000 bond.
Timothy Michael Wilburn, 27, Lenoir City, was
charged with theft and released on $15,000 bond.
Dena Alcia Adkins, 40, Knoxville, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $25,000
bond.
Stephanie Anne Bell, 36, Athens, was
charged with criminal impersonation and a Sevier County
warrant and held on $2,000 bond.
Charlie William Butler, 41, Lenoir City,
was charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and released
on $2,000 bond.
Steven Nathaniel Dukes, 25, Loudon, was
charged with public intoxication and possession of drug
paraphernalia and released on $1,000 bond.
Mary Theresa Jones, 58, Crossville, was
charged with public intoxication and released on $2,000
bond.
Mark Curtis Munsey, 38, Lenoir City, was
charged with domestic assault and released on $3,000 bond.
David Edward Ogle, 45, Athens, was charged
with driving on a revoked/suspended license and released on
$2,000 bond.
Jamie Dawn Oody, 41, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and held
on $2,000 bond.
Melani Ann Parker, 37, New Market, was
charged with simple possession/casual exchange, driving
under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia and
released on $7,000 bond.
Jose Luis Perez, 29, Loudon, was charged
with driving under the influence and held on $1,500 bond.
Rachel Leigh Simpson, 30, Oakdale, was
charged with theft under $500 and released on $1,000 bond.

April 15
Crystal Marie Brown, 36, Philadelphia, was
charged with two active warrants and held on $4,000 bond.
Daniel Gray Duggan, 43, Lenoir City, was
charged with criminal court capias and released on $1,000
bond.
Kasi Beth Hoover, 32, Loudon, was charged
with domestic assault-misdemeanor and held without bond.
Johnny Maurice Pearson, 33, Knoxville, was
charged with manufacture, sell, delivery or resale of a
Schedule I substance, manufacture, sell, delivery or resale
of a Schedule II substance, manufacture, sell, delivery or
resale of a Schedule VI substance, driving under the
influence, open container, violation of implied consent and
driving on a revoked/suspended license and held on $67,000
bond. Witnessing a silver Dodge Charger being driven
erratically on Interstate 75, LCSO Deputy Brandon
Pesterfield pulled the vehicle over at the Exit 81 ramp.
Pearson said he was out of gas. Pesterfield noticed the man
had bloodshot, watery eyes and a strong odor of alcoholic
beverage coming from inside the vehicle. In the center
console was an open beer can. Pesterfield asked Pearson to
step out, but he didnt and began to reach for something
inside the vehicle. The deputy saw Pearson shove a baggy
containing a green leafy substance into the ash tray. The
bag contained 8 grams of a green leafy substance and 1 gram
of a white powder believed to be cocaine. Officers also
found 3 grams of a white powder substance packaged in small
baggies and amounts, along with .7 grams of a brown
substance believed to be heroin. Pearson said he smoked
marijuana two or three hours before the traffic stop.
Juan Nava Perez, 24, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the influence and released on
$1,500 bond.
April 16
Wilbur David Cifuentes, 20, Lenoir City,
was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license,
financial responsibility law violation and muffler law
violation and held without bond.
Misty Pearl Lewis, 40, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and held
without bond.
Bryson Cody Young, 30, Loudon, was charged
with failure to appear and held without bond.
