| Man arrested after looking into stalls
A Knoxville man has been arrested after law
enforcement responded to a call Saturday of him looking through
stalls in a womens restroom.
Responding to a call at a swimming area off Tellico
Parkway, Loudon County Sheriffs Office Inv. Sgt. Rondel Branam
spoke with multiple victims who learned a man walked into the
restroom and looked through the space between the frame and door of
different stalls that had women and young girls changing clothes.
Statements were taken from two adult victims. One
juvenile girl was also present.
The witness
did confront the male identified
as Wilson Dali Zuniga Gutierrez as he exited the womens
restroom after he was told what had happened by his
granddaughter, Branam wrote in a report. Mr. Gutierrez, with
the help of an interpreter, did state that he was in the womens
restroom. Mr. Wilson Dali Zuniga Gutierrez did commit
observation without consent by knowingly viewing the two adults
and one juvenile in a restroom where there is reasonable
expectation of privacy without prior consent.
Gutierrez, 29, Knoxville, was charged with three
counts of observation without consent and released on $6,000
bond.

Jordan Michael Hardin, 24, Loudon, was
charged with criminal court capias and municipal court
capias and held on $6,000 bond.
Jesse Adam McAfee, 30, Lenoir City, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Maryville, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended
license and released on $1,000 bond.
Chantell Denene Pelfrey, 42, Lenoir City,
was charged with violation of probation and held without
bond.
Albert Norman Rhyne, 49, Sweetwater, was
charged with failure to appear and released on $2,000 bond.
Elbert Greg Russell, 55, homeless, was
charged with violation of probation and held on $20,000
bond.
