Loudon woman
charged with statutory rape

Loudon woman is facing an aggravated statutory rape charge after a
14-year-old boy reported encounters to the Department of Children
Services.
The boy spoke with Loudon County Sheriff’s Office
Inv. Sgt. Jason Smith and a DCS investigator Nov. 29, claiming he
had sex with Ashley Ann Lohrer, 28.
“(The teen) stated the two had sexual intercourse at
a residence on five occasions sometime in October,” Smith wrote in a
report. “He states that it had occurred in a tent in front of the
residence and inside the residence.”
Lohrer was interviewed at LCSO on Nov. 29 and
admitted to having consensual sex with the boy on five occasions
between Oct. 8-15.
Lohrer was charged with aggravated statutory rape and
held on $10,000 bond.
