Loudon Planning

The Loudon City Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, 12/4, at the Loudon City Hall. The meeting begins at 12:30 pm. There is no agenda for the Board of Zoning Appeals.

One item of interest is, Review of Preliminary Small Planned Development District (SPDD) Plan for Lakeshore Loudon Stage One. This is the development on the Hutch Manufacturing site in downtown Loudon. The plan calls for 180 apartments and town homes.
