Loudon man charged following assault
A Loudon man is facing domestic assault charges after
he attacked a girl Saturday.
According to a report from Loudon Police Inv. Brian
Jenkins, Ernest Alvin Hendrickson Jr., 42, assaulted a girl. A
witness statement notes Hendrickson was upset with the girl and her
sister for not cleaning the dishes.
Mr. Hendrickson had been involved in an altercation
with (the girls sister) then turned his attention toward (the
girl), Jenkins wrote in a report. (The girl) states that she
grabbed a knife to protect herself but dropped it when told to do so
by Mr. Hendrickson. She states that after she dropped the knife Mr.
Hendrickson came back toward her and attempted to grab her by the
throat. She fought him off and he left her alone.
Hendrickson was charged with domestic
assault-misdemeanor and domestic assault-felony and held without
bond.
Nov. 13
Steven Christo Abercrombie, 48, Philadelphia,
was charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a
Schedule II substance and released on $7,500 bond.
David Joseph Carr, 53, Etowah, was charged with
driving under the influence and held on $2,500 bond.
Joshuah L. Caudill, 37, Lenoir City, was
charged with simple possession/casual exchange and released on
$1,000 bond.
Natosha Blair Cozart, 33, Loudon, was charged
with a juvenile attachment and held on $1,987.30 bond.
David Gene Frye, 39, Philadelphia, was charged
with failure to appear and released on $1,000 bond.
William Paul Kerr, 41, Philadelphia, was
charged with general sessions court capias and held without
bond.
Nicole Leigh Polley, 33, Loudon, was
charged with violation of probation and municipal court
capias and held on $4,000 bond.
Larry Lynn Rasar, 59, Loudon, was charged
with public intoxication and held on $1,000 bond.

Tiana Marie Bennett, 18, Lenoir City, was
charged with simple possession/casual exchange and released
on $1,000 bond.
Krystal Lynn Cannon, 32, Lenoir City, was
charged with violation of probation and released without
bond.
Lloyd Eugene Griffin, 50, Maryville, was
charged with two counts of juvenile attachment and held on
$5,624.12 bond.
Kelsey Storm Litwin, 20, Lenoir City,
was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery or resale
of a Schedule VI substance, possession of drug
paraphernalia and simple possession/casual exchange and
released on $14,000 bond.
Michael John Mclemore, 38, homeless,
was charged with violation of community corrections and
held without bond.
Adam Charles McMahan, 45, Loudon, was
charged with simple possession/casual exchange and held
without bond.
Jarvis Tyvon Morgan, 24, Knoxville, was
charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license and
released on $2,000 bond.
Donavon James Muse, 26, Friendsville,
was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license
and held on $2,000 bond.
Chaiden Allen Stevens, 19, Loudon, was
charged with three counts of failure to appear-general
sessions and released on $7,000 bond.
Cary Norman Willoughby, 64, Loudon,
was charged with violation of sex offender registry
and held on $5,000 bond. A report from Loudon Inv.
Brian Jenkins notes Willoughby, who was convicted of
first-degree rape of a child under 16 years old in
1984 in Oregon, failed to be placed on the Tennessee
Sex Offender Registry when he moved to Tennessee.
Willoughby did not do this and has been living
under a false identity since moving to ...
Willington Place, Jenkins wrote in a report.
Willoughby used the name Donald Frasier when he
signed a lease for a condo.

Carmen Iris Garcia, 46, Loudon, was
charged with domestic assault-misdemeanor and
released on $1,000 bond.
Evonlee Star Harris, 22, Loudon,
was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and
held on $2,500 bond.
Happy Jaziz Lemarr, 25,
Decatur, was charged with driving on a
revoked/suspended license, driving under the
influence and aggravated assault and held on
$12,000 bond.
Dustin Ray Shirk, 31, Lenoir
City, was charged with public intoxication and
released on $1,500 bond.
Kenneth Nathaniel Whitehead,
32, Philadelphia, was charged with two counts of
failure to appear and released on $3,000 bond.

Darrell Gene Brantley, 39,
Sharps Chapel, was charged with simple
possession/casual exchange and released on
$3,000 bond.
Eric Van Camp, 29, Athens, was
charged with violation of probation and held
without bond.
Catherine Leigh Coleman, 21,
Loudon, was charged with general sessions court
capias and released on $1,000 bond.
Lindsey Kaye Crabtree, 33,
Loudon, and Kaleigh Janee Collins, 25,
Lenoir City, were charged with simple
possession/casual exchange and released on
$2,000 bond. Dispatched to a local credit
union for multiple people under the
influence, Lenoir City Police Officer Cody
Fritts met Lindsey Crabtree inside the bank.
Crabtree had a pill bottle in plain view
sticking out of her shirt and bra area. She
said clonzepam was inside the bottle, which
had four blue pills. The pills were in
plastic cellophane and the bottle with a
blank partially scratched off label, Fritts
wrote in a report. Another female was
sitting on the sidewalk outside the bank.
She was identified as Kaleigh Collins.
Collins had slurred speech and pinpoint
eyes. After asking if she had anything
illegal on her, Collins said she had two
green pills in her right front pants pocket.
Both were taken into custody.
William Anthony Hout, 35,
Lenoir City, was charged with public
intoxication and held on $1,000 bond.
Responding to the call of an intoxicated
person at a local credit union, Lenoir City
Police Officer Jason Arden met Hout inside
the bank. Hout was unsteady on his feet,
spoke with a slur and appeared to have
difficulty understanding and following
verbal commands. Hout also appeared to have
difficulty maintaining consciousness and
almost fell over on multiple occasions,
Arden wrote in a report.
Curtis David Costner, 31, Sweetwater, was charged with contempt of court and held on $500 bond.
Barbra Lynn Headrick,
51, Lenoir City, was charged with
driving on a revoked/suspended license
and released without bond.

Wilburn, 29, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the
influence and released on $2,500
bond.
Chelsea Hope
Brashears, 28, Lenoir City, was
charged with driving under the
influence and released without bond.
Thomas Alvin
Carter, 54, Greenback, was charged
with criminal court capias and
released on $26,000 bond.
Randy Dean Dattilio,
63, Lenoir City, was charged with
driving on revoked/suspended license
and held on $2,500 bond.
Curtis Bernard
Glover, 35, Powell, was charged with
assisting other agency and released
without bond.
Richard Jason
Sinclair, 41, Lenoir City, was
charged with domestic assault and
released on $1,500 bond.

Nathan Wade
Cox, 37, Anniston, Ala., was
charged with fugitive from
justice and held without bond.
Dispatched to a motel off U.S.
Highway 321 regarding a possible
intoxicated person, Lenoir City
Police Officer Carlos Espinoza
met Cox. Mr. Cox stated he had
been laying on the hallway of
the above motel for
approximately 15 minutes,
Espinoza wrote in a report.
Nathan continued to say he was
hearing voices that were
demanding him to lay on the
ground. During Espinozas
investigation, he learned Cox
had a warrant out of Alabama.

charged with violation of
probation and failure to appear
and held on $3,000 bond.

Donnell Williams, 37, Antioch,
was charged with criminal
trespass and held on $2,000
bond.
Daniel Chase
Woods, 21, Lenoir City, was
charged with aggravated assault
and held on $10,000 bond.
Jonathan K.
Lewallen, 31, Knoxville, was
charged with driving under
the influence and released
on $3,000 bond. LCSO Deputy
Cole Rogers was initially
dispatched for a driver
going the wrong way on the
Interstate 75 Sugarlimb exit
and then later informed of a
one-vehicle wreck on
Interstate 75 northbound at
mile marker 80. Rogers
arrived at the wreck and
found the driver, Lewallen,
who smelled strongly of an
alcoholic beverage. Lewallen
told Rogers he had at least
five beers while at a
friends house on Clinton
Highway and was on his way
home to Knoxville. The
assailant also stated he had
gotten off at the Sugarlimb
exit after he realized he
was traveling the wrong
direction and turned
around, Rogers wrote in a
report. Mr. Lewallen then
ran off the road with no
brake marks, striking a
concrete pole and utility
box for a TDOT digital sign
(and) rendering the overhead
sign inoperable. Rogers
tried to leave the scene but
couldnt because of damage
to his vehicle.
