Loudon couple arrested in drug bust
A Loudon man and woman are facing multiple charges after law
enforcement served them a warrant to search their residence.
Loudon Police Department officers and 9th Judicial Drug Task Force
agents Thursday served a search warrant at a Collins Street
residence. Agents conducted an investigation on the sale of drugs by
Jerimiah James Sears and Lori Leann Sears.
During the search, officers found Jerimiah Sears in the living room,
while Lori Sears came from the back of the house. Officers located
several glass pipes, a set of digital scales and several empty
plastic baggies in the living room and bedrooms. A blue tote in the
living room had 16 grams of crystal methamphetamine and on the table
was another 1.5 grams of meth.
Officers also found another small amount of crystal meth in a
blue container in the bed area, April Farmer, DTF agent, wrote
in a report. A search of Mrs. Sears ... located in her pants'
pocket a plastic bag with approximately 1.3 grams of crystal
meth. Officers located behind the kitchen cabinets a 12-gauge
shotgun with a 12-inch barrel and in the blue tote were five
12-gauge shotgun shells.
Jerimiah Sears has prior felony convictions in Oklahoma for
weapons, drugs or alcohol in a penal institution and receiving
stolen property.
Jerimiah Sears, 33, was charged with maintaining a dwelling
where drugs were sold, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession
of a Schedule II substance, possession of drug paraphernalia,
possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony and unlawful
carrying or possession of a weapon and held without bond.
Lori Sears, 33, was charged with maintaining a dwelling where
drugs were sold, possession of drug paraphernalia and
manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II
substance and held without bond.
March 19
Clayton Gene Jarrard, 37, Lenoir City, was charged with
violation of probation and possession of legend drugs and held
on $3,000 bond.
March 20
Madison Nicole Babe, 38, Gloucester Point, Va., was charged
with simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug
paraphernalia and false identification and released on $8,000
bond.
Jesse Howard Baker, 38, Lenoir City, was charged with failure
to appear-municipal court and violation of probation and
released without bond.
Ashley M. Colyer, 32, Ten Mile, was charged with violation of
probation and released on $2,000 bond.
Kathy Dianne Harold, 34, Loudon, was charged with violation of
probation and released on $1,000 bond.
Eric Curtis Henry, 35, Lenoir City, was charged with resisting
arrest and released on $1,000 bond.
Misty Kinsey, 34, Philadelphia, was charged with criminal
impersonation, failure to appear-general sessions and a Monroe
County warrant and held on $10,000 bond.
John Robert Lee, 24, Lenoir City, was charged with violation
of probation and held on $20,000 bond.
Amanda Mae Love, 29, Kingston, was charged with failure to
appear and released on $2,000 bond.
Gary Ray Meyers, 30, Lenoir City, was charged with failure to
appear and released on $2,000 bond.
Christopher Roy Olsen, 26, Saluda, Va., was charged with
possession of legend drugs and released on $2,000 bond.
Cody Reed Tuttle, 31, Sweetwater, was charged with driving on
a revoked/suspended license, prohibited weapons and unlawful
carrying or possession of a weapon and released on $7,000 bond.
March 21
Hubert Eddie Bennett, 43, Lenoir City, was charged with
failure to appear and held on $13,000 bond.
Earl Harold Crisp, 41, Loudon, was charged with two counts of
simple possession/casual exchange and possession of drug
paraphernalia and released on $3,000 bond.
Danielle Darlene Gribble, 42, Sweetwater, was charged with
contempt of court and released on $300 bond.
Robert Jacob Percell, 29, Knoxville, was charged with criminal
impersonation, possession of legend drugs, driving on a
revoked/suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia
and held on $9,000 bond. Dispatched to Watt Road for a claim of
a person being blackmailed, Loudon County Sheriffs Office
Deputy Chance Gray met a woman who said someone gave her a ride
earlier in the day to her boss home. While inside the
residence, the woman claimed that person stole her purse and
would give it back for $100. Gray viewed video that showed the
vehicles description given by the woman, and she said the
person was meeting her in the parking lot. Gray watched the
vehicle pull into the parking lot, and he then pulled behind it
and spoke to Percell. Percell eventually gave his name after
saying false identities. Gray found a glass pipe and syringe
inside the vehicle and Percell was placed under arrest.
Percells girlfriend was called to scene to pick up her
3-year-old child and take the vehicle. A search through the
vehicle included 10 syringes within reach of the child, 34 empty
Suboxone packs, three methamphetamine pipes, one marijuana
grinder, one spoon with white powder residue, a set of scales,
31 baggies with white powder residue, 45.9 grams of a clear
substance believed to be Epsom salt and 3 1/2 white pills
identified as Buspirone.
Jimmy Dale Presley Jr., 33, Walland, was charged with
violation of probation and released on $1,000 bond.
March 22
Kristi Dawn Beason, 42, Knoxville, was charged with theft and
held without bond.
Bryan L. Brown, 44, Maryville, was charged with two counts of
theft under $500 and held without bond.
Shane Thomas Cox, 33, Knoxville, was charged with failure to
appear-municipal court and held without bond.
Roseanna M. Forsythe, 34, Philadelphia, was charged with
possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond.
Aimee Smith, 35, Lenoir City, was charged with domestic
assault-misdemeanor and held without bond.
Noah James Smith, 18, Loudon, was charged with domestic
assault-misdemeanor and released on $1,000 bond.
Alonzo Edward Trammell III, 51, Knoxville, was charged with
simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug
paraphernalia and assisting other agency and held on $4,000
bond.

Roy Anderson Baker, 53, Lenoir City, was charged with driving
on a revoked/suspended license and a Blount County warrant and
held on $2,000 bond.
Kenda Leeann Jenkins, 32, Lenoir City, was charged with
driving under the influence and held on $4,000 bond.
Tamara Charleigh Richesin, 27, Sweetwater, was charged with
criminal simulation and held without bond.
Thomas Ray Brown, 26, Loudon, was charged with manufacture,
delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II substance,
possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual
exchange and held on $22,000 bond.
Ladaydren Markeeze Carter, 22, Lenoir City, was charged with
domestic assault-felony and held without bond.
Kailee Nicole Cusick, 23, Lenoir City, was charged with
manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule II
substance and simple possession/casual exchange and held on
$21,000 bond.
Frank Larry Johnson, 35, Lenoir City, was charged with assault
and released on $2,000 bond.
Trey Douglas Patterson, 23, Harriman, was charged with
aggravated burglary and released without bond.
Aparicio Saucedo, 43, Lenoir City, was charged with
criminal impersonation and driving without a valid license
and held without bond.
March 24
Charles Trenton Anderson, 26, Tellico Plains, was charged
with domestic assault-misdemeanor and simple
possession/casual exchange and released on $4,000 bond.
Seeing a black Dodge truck travel at a high rate of speed on
Highway 11, LCSO Deputy Cody Fritts initiated a traffic
stop. When asked if there was an emergency, Anderson said he
had been stabbed by his girlfriend. Fritts noticed a plastic
baggy hanging out of Andersons left jean pocket once he
stepped outside the vehicle. The baggy contained three
Quetiapine pills. Anderson said he also had a grinder, which
was located in his right jean pocket. After searching the
vehicle, Fritts found a plastic bag containing 4.8 grams of
marijuana. Anderson was also determined to be in a physical
altercation in Loudon and was the primary aggressor
according to Loudon Police officers.
Jimmie Lynn Arden, 29, Lenoir City, was charged with two
counts of criminal trespass, domestic assault-misdemeanor
and violation of probation and held on $5,000 bond.
Alan Dewayne Belcher, 49, Sweetwater, was charged with
violation of probation and held without bond.
Christopher Michael Bowes, 25, Maryville, was charged with
driving under the influence and driving on a
revoked/suspended license and held on $5,000 bond.
Peggy Sue Gallegos, 37, Lenoir City, was charged with
failure to appear-municipal court and released without bond.
Starla Lynn Hutchinson, 52, Loudon, was charged with
assisting other agency and held without bond.
Erica Hollie Isbill, 26, Louisville, was charged with
contraband in a penal institution and manufacture, delivery,
sale or possession of a Schedule II substance and held on
$60,000 bond.
Zefrin Leigh Parker, 29, Lenoir City, was charged with
unlawful carrying or possession of a weapon and held without
bond.
David Michael Roberts, 63, Madisonville, was charged with
failure to appear and held without bond.
Robert Tristan Schultz, 19, Harriman, was charged with
failure to appear and held on $8,000 bond.
Sean Danlen Verklas, 27, Knoxville, was charged with
violation of probation and held without bond.
March 25
Isaac Joshua Atkins, 26, Maryville, was charged with
criminal impersonation, simple possession/casual exchange
and warrants from Blount and Knox counties and held on
$2,000 bond.
Jaharra Beverly Dowdell, 25, Kingston, was charged with
driving under the influence, simple possession/casual
exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia, vandalism and
leaving the scene of accident with property damage and
released on $11,000 bond.
Todd Collier Earle, 46, Sweetwater, was charged with
domestic assault-misdemeanor and released on $3,000 bond.
Kimberly Renee Murr, 45, Sweetwater, was charged with
theft of property and contraband in a penal institution and
held on $40,000 bond.
Shawna Nicole Smallen, 26, Lenoir City, was charged with a
Knox County warrant and held without bond.
March 26
William Allen Curtis, 27, Lenoir City, was charged with
domestic assault-misdemeanor and held without bond.
Keith Lynn Kelley, 50, Loudon, was charged with failure to
appear-general sessions and released on $1,000 bond.
