Loudon County Sheriff’s Office seeks help in local fraud case

LOUDON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Loudon County Sheriff ’s Office Criminal Investigations Division is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals involved in fraudulent credit card transactions totaling over $40,000.

Sgt. Detective Skylar Mills is investigating the incidents, which occurred at Sloan’s Village Home Center in Tellico Village.

The suspects used four different credit cards from separate victims to purchase building materials, which were then transported using a brown GMC dually truck.

“Your assistance is greatly appreciated,” a release stated.

FEBRUARY 24

Donald Brian Money, 57, Powell, was charged with violation of probation and released on $10,000 bond.

Matthew Allen Sartin, 43, Loudon, was charged with driving on a revoked/ suspended license and released on $1500 bond.

William Lawson White Jr., 48, Kingston, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, expiration of certificates and plates, financial responsibility law, following too close, violation of probation and held on $7000 bond.

FEBRUARY 25

Matthew Doyal Gibson, 38, Lenoir City, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery or resale of a schedule II drug, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and released on $31,000 bond.

John Emory Halbert, 53, Etowah, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/ casual exchange and held on $2000 bond.

James Allen Miles, 51, Knoxville, was charged with capias-general sessions and held without bond.

Brian Austin Presley, 39, Vonore, was charged with violation of probation and held without bond.

Richard Kyle Sisson, 34, Lenoir City, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sales or possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $16,000 bond.

Daniel Charles Williams, 50, Loudon, was charged with capias-general sessions and held on $10,000 bond.

FEBRUARY 26

Jordan Gianni Childress, 23, Chattanooga, was charged with vandalism and released on $2000 bond.

David Wayne Dowker Jr., 37, Lenoir City, was charged with public intoxication and released on $1000 bond.

Joshua Jonathan Mejia, 21, Farragut, was charged with capias-general sessions and held without bond.

Pamela Sue Nicely, 39, Philadelphia, was charged with driving on a revoked/ suspended license and released on $1000 bond.

Jaron Devonte Powers, 30, Rockford, was charged with theft of property and held on $10,000 bond.

Barbara Mae Ruckel, 46, Vonore, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and held on $50,000 bond.

Katelyn Marie Stephens, 27, Lenoir City, was charged with capias-municipal court, driving on a revoked/suspended license and held on $2500 bond.

Timothy Marcus Wright, 23, Lenoir City, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and released on $1500 bond.

FEBRUARY 27

Steven Lynn Ball, 58, Cosby, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/ casual exchange and held on $3000 bond.

Timothy Wayne Black Jr., 36, Lenoir City, was charged with arrest warrant- assisting other agency and released without bond.

Clayton Labron Lazenby Jr, 30, homeless, was charged with theft of property and held on $1000 bond.

Austin John Smith, 28, Loudon, was held without bond.

Patricia Ann Stinnett, 42, Maryville, was charged with two counts of violation of probation and held without bond.

Owen Michael Blue, 24, Greenback, was charged with manufacture, sell, delivery, resale of a schedule VI drug and held on $8000 bond.

Carol Huff Embry, 76, Harrison, was charged with violation of probation and released on $20,000 bond.

Andres Esau Jimenez-Perez, 35, Knoxville, was charged with refusing inspection and held on $1000 bond.

Scottie Lee Loop, 50, Knoxville, was charged with driving on a revoked/ suspended license, motor vehicle windows with tinting, reflecting, or sun screen material and released on $2500 bond.

Adrian Cory Patton, 44, Lenoir City, was charged with driving while in possession of meth, manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, simple possession/casual exchange and released on $13,000 bond.

Colton Anthony Biesemeier, 32, Oliver Springs, was charged with weekender- convicted serving time and released without bond.

Jarad Paul Fisher, 36, Rockwood, was charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied consent and held without bond.

Olman Danillo Lopez Garcia, 22, Sweetwater, was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving under the influence, violation of implied consent and held without bond.

Jamey Lee Bookout, 43, Greenback, was charged with domestic assault, interfering with an emergency call and held without bond.

Judy Yadira Euseda-Bonilla, 30, Knoxville, was charged with public intoxication and held without bond.

Eric Shane Montgomery, 34, Lenoir City, was charged with manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of meth, violation of probation and held on $3000 bond.

Elazer Ramos-Gonzales, 33, Knoxville, was charged with criminal impersonation, driving under the influence, license required and held without bond.

Christopher Allen Davis, 20, Loudon, was charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping and held without bond.
