LOUDON
COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY TO POSTPONE VISITATION ACTIVITIES DUE TO
COVID-19 CONCERNS LENOIR CITY, TENNESSEE - Loudon County Sheriff Tim Guider and Chief Deputy Jimmy Davis moved to suspend regular jail visitation practices due to concerns over the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. This decision was heavily weighed and is in the best interest for the continued health of our inmate population and correctional employees. This decision also affects property drop off as LCSO will NOT be accepting any deliveries of personal property to incarcerated inmates. This temporary suspension is in effect immediately and will run through March 19th and will be re-evaluated for March 20th visitation schedule. Please check our Facebook Page for updates on this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience that this decision may cause but feel certain it is the best decision for the health and well-being of our Detention Facility Inmates and Employees. |
