LENOIR CITY, Tenn (WATE) - Loudon County Sheriff's Office is releasing more information in the investigation of the disappearance of a Lenoir City woman, who was reported missing on Friday, March 15.

The missing woman is Elisha Carpenter. Carpenter is a white female with blonde hair, blue eyes, 31-years-old, 5-foot-1 and 110 pounds. According to LCSO, she was last seen wearing light green pajama-style and a pink hoodie, walking from her apartment at River Manor Apartments around 2 a.m. on Friday, March 15. 

"I've asked myself where could she have gone," said Carpenter's mom, Lisa Ricketson.

According to Chief Deputy Jimmy Davis, and Detective Sergeant Charlie Cosner, they are investigating multiple leads by land and water. 

Sergeant Cosner saying, "Early reports from family and witnesses provided several scenarios that have led our search efforts to both surrounding properties and nearby waterway," he continues, "We have reasons to believe that the female may have entered a nearby lake, so we are searching that area by boat and have deployed our dive team to help in the underwater search as well. On land we have deployed deputies to search nearby buildings, warehouses and abandoned structures, in the event that the missing female entered one of those."

Ricketson telling us on Monday that she's staying strong, waiting for a phone call from her daughter. 

"It's hard at times. I just can't do nothing but pray," she said. 

Loved ones tell us Carpenter has some minor mental health issues, though they're not sure why she has disappeared.

"She was very happy. Everybody told me she was very happy because she just got her job back," said Ricketson.

Carpenter's mom describing her as silly, joyful and a young mother of three.

"Elisha, I love you. Please give me a call. Get in touch with me please, please," added Ricketson.

Chief Deputy Davis saying that multiple resources have been deployed and that LCSO will continue to use all of them until all possible leads have been explored. 

"While this case presents a multitude of scenarios, we need more information from someone out there." 

Ricketson asking all of East Tennessee to pray for her daughter and that she comes home safely. 

"I know she's coming back because God's got His hands on her."
