Local woman charged with forgery
Five notes were turned into the school since the
beginning of the school year with the alleged signature of the
physician.
Batts, 25, Loudon, was charged Nov. 1 with forgery
and released on $5,000 bond.
Oct. 29
• Bradley J. Clowers, 41, Loudon, was charged with
failure to appear and general sessions court capias and held on
$13,000 bond.
• Catherine Jeanette Jenkins, 42, Loudon, was charged
with criminal impersonation, driving on a revoked/suspended license,
theft of property, possession of drug paraphernalia and assisting
other agency and held on $9,500 bond.
• Phillip Gregory Sloan, 26, Lenoir City, was charged
with domestic assault and a Blount County warrant and held on $2,000
bond. Dispatched in reference to a fight on Stevens Lane, LCSO
Deputy Kevin Kirkland met a man who claimed Sloan assaulted him and
was at the neighboring residence. “(The man) did have a busted lip
and appeared to have a broken tooth and was spitting blood,”
Kirkland wrote in a report. “While en route to the neighboring
residence I did notice a trail of blood leading to the front steps
of the house. I then went to the neighboring residence to attempt to
locate Mr. Sloan and females in the house stated that he was not in
the house anymore and he ran out the back door.” Kirkland located
Sloan hiding in closet at the residence and he was detained for
questioning.

• Douglas Edward Branum, 35, Philadelphia, was
charged with general sessions court capias and released on
$2,000 bond.
• Toribio Navarro-Gonzales, 42, Cleveland, was
charged with driving under the influence and held on $3,000
bond.
• Denver Ray Ross, 43, Lenoir City, was charged
with violation of probation and failure to appear and released
on $2,500 bond.
• Brian Frank Zielinski, 29, Loudon, was
charged with domestic assault-felony and held without bond.
Oct. 31
• Kenneth James Carter, 48, Sweetwater, was
charged with violation of probation and held without bond.
• Jerry Allen Covington, 37, Lenoir City, was
charged with a juvenile attachment and contempt of court and
held on $450 bond.
• Randy Dean Dattilio, 63, Lenoir City, was
charged with public intoxication and released without bond.
• James Martin Kennedy, 36, Lenoir City, was
charged with failure to appear and held without bond.
• Charles Sherman Thaxton, 54, Loudon, was
charged with general sessions court capias and held without
bond.
• Chris Michael Truax, 48, Loudon, was
charged with public intoxication and held on $1,000
bond.
• Sara Christine Wells, 29, Philadelphia,
was charged with violation of probation and held without
bond.
Nov. 1
• Rebecca Lynn Bradford, 34, Lenoir City,
was charged with two counts of violation of probation
and held on $4,000 bond.
• Rebecca Lynn McIntosh, 55, Lenoir City,
was charged with driving under the influence and held on
$2,000 bond. Responding to a call of a person asleep in
her vehicle at a market on Grove Street, Loudon Police
Officer Kenny Ridings found McIntosh asleep in the
driver’s seat with the keys in ignition. McIntosh
claimed she was waiting on her son. “Mrs. McIntosh had
bloodshot (eyes) with pinpointed pupils and was very
unsteady on her feet,” Ridings wrote in a report. “She
stated that all she had was a Tylenol and a Mountain
Dew.” McIntosh could not perform field sobriety tasks.
• Lindsay Michelle Gray, 21, Lenoir
City, was charged with aggravated burglary and
violation of probation and released on $9,000 bond.
Responding to the call July 20 of an unwanted guest
on Eleven Estates Drive, LCSO Inv. Sgt. Chris Bowen
spoke with a woman who said she came home and heard
the water running in the upstairs bathroom. She
encountered Gray, who she had prior dealings with
and was able to positively identify her. The woman
asked what Gray was doing as she got out of the
shower. Gray claimed she was leaving for rehab later
in the evening, at which time the woman said she
would call the police. “The defendant then ran out
the back door to the deck area,” Bowen wrote in a
report. “She then jumped off the back deck to the
roof of a metal building and then to the ground. She
then fled into a wooded area where she was
confronted by another neighbor who told me she then
ducked back into the wooded area and was not seen
again.” K9s were used to try to track her, but she
was not located.

• Wednesday Karis Lambert, 41,
Loudon, was charged with domestic assault and
released on $1,000 bond.
• Jessica Wray Osborne, 27,
Knoxville, was charged with violation of
probation and held without bond.
• Chantell Denene Pelfrey, 41,
Lenoir City, was charged with violation of
probation and held on $10,000 bond.
• Brian E. Perry, 46,
Nashville, was charged with general sessions
court capias and released on $12,000 bond.
Nov. 3
• Shawn Douglas Arbaugh, 21,
homeless, was charged with possession of
drug paraphernalia and driving on a
revoked/suspended license and held on $4,000
bond.
• Joel Hamilton Lynn, 32,
Philadelphia, was charged with manufacture,
delivery, sale or possession of a Schedule
II substance, possession of drug
paraphernalia and driving on a
revoked/suspended license and held without
bond.
• Eddie Vance Walden, 58,
Knoxville, was charged with a juvenile
attachment and held on $300 bond.
Nov. 4
• Harry Paige Crites, 55,
Spring City, was charged with driving under
the influence and released on $3,000 bond.
• Raquan Leon Marquist Dodd,
19, McDonald, was charged with evading
arrest, reckless driving and driving without
a valid license and released on $8,000 bond.
• Jessica Dawn Kile, 21,
Lenoir City, was charged with two counts of
possession of legend drugs, possession of
drug paraphernalia and three counts of
simple possession/casual exchange and held
without bond. Dispatched to U.S. Highway 321
near Interstate 75 in reference to a
reckless driver, Lenoir City Police Officer
Andrew Lee located the vehicle on Highway
321 and initiated a traffic stop in a store
parking lot. During the stop, Kile could not
provide proof of insurance and appeared
“very nervous.” “When asking the offender if
there was anything illegal in the vehicle,
she hesitated to give an answer at first
then advised there was nothing illegal in
the vehicle,” Lee wrote in a report. “As I
stated to search the vehicle, the offender
admitted to there being methamphetamine and
marijuana in the glove box.” During a
search, Lee found 48 Brintellix pills
without a prescription, 18 Citaprolam pills
not in Kile’s name, two Tramadol pills
without a prescription, 1.5 grams of meth,
5.4 grams of marijuana and a marijuana
grinder.
• Kaitlyn Nicole Larson, 25,
Loudon, was charged with driving under the
influence and held without bond.
• William Lloyd Stamey, 49,
Vonore, was charged with driving under the
influence and held on $3,000 bond.
• Robert Anthony Watson, 40,
Rockwood, was charged with criminal
responsibility for conduct of another and
released on $1,000 bond.
Nov. 5
• Miguel Pascual Fransisco,
18, Knoxville, was charged with criminal
impersonation and false reports/statements
and held without bond. While investigating a
report of an armed robbery, Lenoir City Inv.
Brad Brown notes in a report the alleged
victim, Fransisco, assumed a false identity
by giving two dates of birth. During the
first interview, Fransisco gave “several”
false statements. “He stated that he has
lived in the United States for only two
months, however his step-father stated he
has lived here for three years. (He) even
attended Fulton High School for two years,”
Brown wrote in a report. “Pascual also
stated that he lives with his mother and
step-father in Knoxville, however (his
step-father) stated to Officer (Christian)
Dragon that he has not lived at his address
... in two months.” He claimed his father
only spoke a Guatemalan native language, but
Dragon was able to speak with him easily in
Spanish. Fransisco was also shown “random
pictures of white males” who he falsely
claimed to be the assailants from the
robbery.
• Stacey L. Henderlight, 47,
Knoxville, was charged with failure to
appear-general sessions and held on $2,000
bond.
• Melissa Sue Wilhoit, 36,
Loudon, was charged with failure to
appear-criminal court and held without bond.
