Dispatched to meet with animal control on Beals

property owner.
(Animal control) asked (the property owner) about
some horses that were on his property, Estes wrote in his report.
He stated they were two dead laying behind the barn and one laying
in the barn on the ground. I did observe the dead horse and the one

two more horses outside in a small pin.
