A Lenoir City man was arrested June 3 after law

back, saying he needed help because he had been beaten. Officers

legs and that the boy was visibly in fear, Inv. Brad Brown wrote in
his report. (I) was called to the scene wherein numerous injuries
consistent with being hit with a belt were observed on both legs,
both arms, left shoulder and left hip.
