restaurant located on the outskirts of Tellico Village, filed a lawsuit
against the Loudon County beer board for failing to grant a beer permit
to his business, four years ago. Previous story,

Sues. At the end of June, county attorney, Bob Bowman, filed an answer to the lawsuit and a motion to dismiss. Last week, the attorney filed an amendment to their original lawsuit.
